Boxing for fitness training focuses on offensive & defensive boxing techniques, as well as body conditioning from bodyweight exercises.

Combining the principals of professional boxing training and functional fitness, it creates a unique type of training for safe, fun and effective boxing for fitness sessions.

The skills you learn will help promote self-confidence, build your strength & endurance whilst providing a great sense of mental wellbeing.

*Gloves & Pads are provided but feel free to bring your own.

* The use of purchased hand wraps is recommended, otherwise inner cotton gloves will be provided in the interest of hygiene.
