    Subscription based Smart Phone App Support is provided, with full interaction and support from DHPT *(during working hrs). Video assisted workout plans, tasks & challenges are set by the trainer & captured when completed by the client, to record progression.

    Body composition measurements will be tracked, body progress photographs taken, training programmes can be assessed and questions exchanged between the trainer & client.

    *Clients can also access the DHPT Gym Facility & ALL Fitness Classes throughout the subscription.
