Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning with DHPT & Fitness is a ‘Total Body’ structured workout class, using both Gym equipment & your bodyweight.
Performing a mixture of simple & complex exercises, this interval training class will improve your general functional fitness levels, whilst strengthening legs, upper body & core.
Overall it’s an effective class for ‘all abilities’, which will teach you new skills and help you meet some fantastic people, whilst getting fit at the same time.
* In winter months or poor weather, classes will take part within the DHPT Gym, otherwise they will be held outside.
