High intensity interval training uses bodyweight only dynamic exercises, designed to spike your metabolism and burn fat quick!

Excluding the warm-up & cool down phases the main session usually lasts around 25 mins, enabling you to give 100% effort for as long as possible, thus providing a metabolic calorie burn for up-to 24 hrs.

Achievable by ALL fitness levels, you perform explosive exercises which can be regressed when you start to fatigue or an alternative exercise suggested if you can’t carry out the full range movement.
