Outdoor Bootcamp
A socially interactive, outdoor fun workout where you’ll join a fantastic, supportive group of people performing bodyweight and/or equipment-based exercises to help create a strong, healthy & functionally fit physique.
Individual, partner/group training, exercise to music or circuit-based workouts are designed to improve your strength, endurance & cardiovascular fitness levels whilst boosting mental resilience.
Please wear sensible clothing appropriate for the conditions, inc. gripped trainers or studded boots when it’s wet.
Come rain or shine this class will certainly provide a great workout and lots of laughs, with a great bunch of people.
